By LUDWIG VON KOOPA - ...Oh hey, now it's June.
We just finished May 2017. What's May known for? The month of our founding, and the penultimate month prior to the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). Now we're going to have our busiest month OF THE YEAR.
But, prior to that, let's review our May. It was a great May, you know. Lots of fantastic content.
Those articles are presented in chronological order. Every article on KoopaTV is worth reading, even worthless ones like yesterday's.
Just like our articles, our readers are amazing. So on that note...

Top Five Recommended Articles of May 2017
This will be our first TOP FIVE in months! Yes, May is the first month since January that had FIVE articles every weekday instead of THREE. And there's certainly enough content to fill a top five, or even more. But then it wouldn't be selective, would it?- The Optimal Way to Play Team Kirby Clash Deluxe
- Finally, The Paper Mario: Color Splash Review
- King Bowser's Cook-Out!!
- Sonic Forces: Custom Hero — Brilliant, or Disaster?
- Terror in Manchester, UK! ...Hey, Where's Vortexica?
Those articles are presented in chronological order. Every article on KoopaTV is worth reading, even worthless ones like yesterday's.

Round 14 Mid-Round KoopaTV Loyalty Rewards Program Leaderboard
Here are the standings as of publishing:
- Lheticus Videre — 37 points
- Kody B. — 27 points
- Kootie Pie — 23 points
- Ray — 20 points
- Samantha Lienhard — 11 points
- Charssie god — 11 points
Given the special time of the year it is, a reminder that Round 14 of the KoopaTV Loyalty Rewards Program has prizes for first ($25 Amazon code plus a given game code), second ($10 Nintendo eShop code plus a given game code), AND third place (a given game code). Full details at that hyperlink, including ways to earn points and the link to the leaderboard spreadsheet.
I would note that we want people to do things such as KoopaTV's Feedback Forms and Quizzes, and so those give generous amounts of points for completion. If you feel like you know the answer (or can take a short amount of time to look it up) to questions based off of KoopaTV content, such as, “Which car brand is the CIA exporting to Star World for assassination purposes?”, then the Quiz (the latest for Round 14 being KoopaTV Quiz Part X) is definitely for you. It's all multiple choice, which is cool, too. Plus, you get full points for taking the current Feedback Form of the month no matter what your answers, because there are no wrong ones!
KoopaTV Is Still Hiring
We're always hiring on KoopaTV, a fact that's known across the Internet....I don't think this guy is ever gonna comment. (Source.) |
Sure, we don't and won't and can't pay you, but there's other benefits to being a staffer, like constant access to us whenever we're available! (...As opposed to being trapped in a terrorism crime scene for... months.) You read this website and we're constantly going on adventures. ...Though they usually involve getting inflicted with a disease or something. I'd like to note that we provide no health insurance. ...Or life insurance.
If you would like to have stuff like articles published without being on KoopaTV's staff, then maybe you would like to submit a guest article instead? You can get points — a lot of them — for the KoopaTV Loyalty Rewards Program for that.
E3...Month?
Thanks to a certain company having its E3 conference outside of the designated E3 calendar week (June 10, Saturday, instead of within the week of June 11, Sunday), we're in for... E3 Month.More on that when we publish KoopaTV's (and YOURS) E3 Month Schedule next week. There'll be a banner change coming soon, too.
(...We still don't actually have it made or even conceptualised, so we got some work to do this weekend.)
To those who don't know: KoopaTV covers the conferences of E3 in detail, with a series of live reaction logs. That means that there will be multiple articles published per day on the active E3 Month days of KoopaTV's staffers live-reacting to whatever is happening in the live streams. So... check back here often on those days! We'll put the schedule as a tab on the site. It'll be good.
Domain Name Renewed
You can be assured that KoopaTV will be at www.KoopaTV.org for another year, because I just renewed it. We're passionate about it being .org! THERE'S A SONG (and music video) DEDICATED TO IT.Corrections Corner
In the previous newsletter, we announced a new KoopaTV [Loyalty Rewards Program] feature: Corrections. In this newsletter space every month, we'll detail all of the corrections points we gave to people....During May 2017, there were a total of... zero corrections. That must mean that we did a great job staying accurate during the month! Good job, KoopaTV!
This will be the FIFTH May that KoopaTV has existed in, which is pretty incredible. Keep KoopaTV alive by sharing the site with all of your friends! Or, sometimes more appropriately, your enemies.

My only idea for the header is to change the o's to Joycons. Also, it's hard to believe that another E3 is almost upon us. It feels like it was just yesterday when the Switch was announced.
