All CAPTURE THE CONFEDERATE FLAG Voice Acting, Sound Effects, PLUS...!

By LUDWIG VON KOOPA - ...Plus the final boss music. I promised it.

It has been a great three months on the trail, promoting KoopaTV's latest videogame, Capture the Confederate Flag. It's received many accolades from people, including KoopaTV's Best PC Game 2015 and Best New Character 2015. I heard it's fun, too.

I think enough time has passed that it's safe to dump spoiler-laden content onto you.

If you're comfortable with that, then keep going with the article. (I put the click here for more break BEFORE video embeds if you're viewing this article without being directly linked to it!)

If you're not, play the game by clicking on the first hyperlink in this article.

Capture the Confederate Flag voice acting sound effects YouTube video content
There is nearly NINE MINUTES of content here. That's much higher than any of our other games!

Here it is! Nine minutes of goodness, almost all of it me.

Why is there so much content? It's fully voice-acted. Trayvon Tyson's Punch-Out!! only had voice-acting within fights (of which there are five — with a lot of sound effects and small voice clips in the cutscenes separating those), and Defend Anita Sarkeesian's cutscenes had partial voice-acting. ...Well, and the latter is really short.

Capture the Confederate Flag is a lot longer. Plus, it has a whopping FOUR different paths/endings you can take depending on your decisions made in the game. So that's a lot of extra voice-acting.

Anyway, I mentioned final boss music? Yup. Final boss music. I said in the italicised footer part of my article on Ominous Latin Chanting that...
though now Ludwig wants to make an ominous-chanting version of one of the songs in the game KoopaTV is working on now, just to see what happens...
That game was Capture the Confederate Flag. You know what that footer was? IT WAS FORESHADOWING.

Take a listen to this, if you haven't heard it already from playing through Capture the Confederate Flag. If you haven't, you really should. Anyway, assuming that message has been drilled into your head already:

It's me ominously chanting the I Wish I Was in Dixie song (or part of it) in Latin.

The normal, upbeat, not ominous English version of the song features VERY prominently in the first part of the game (not sure if I should go ahead and upload that independently since it's the second thing you hear in the game), so I thought it was fitting for the final boss to totally invert that.

So, there you go. Audio awesomeness for y'all.

This probably means I'll take out the Capture the Confederate Flag pushy advertising off the site sometime soon. That doesn't mean I know what to do for KoopaTV's next game. I don't have any ideas.

By the way. As of publishing, we still want Capture the Confederate Flag in user-made videos, and we still are seeking out guest-submitted reviews of the game.

Hopefully the pleasantries to your ears (well, I guess SOME of the characters are appropriately nasty-sounding) will induce you to do that.

If you have ideas for a new project KoopaTV should undertake, let KoopaTV know. KoopaTV is here to make you happy. Or something like that. Anyway, Ludwig is the one who got all the original singing and voice-acting credits for Capture the Confederate Flag. He did all of the sound effects himself, too.

The voice-acting and sound effects for Trayvon Tyson's Punch-Out!! was a mere two minutes and thirty-three seconds long.
Here is the VA + SFX video for Defend Anita Sarkeesian. It's only a minute and fifteen seconds long.
