You may recall that The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles released on July 27, 2021. It's almost been a full year, and to celebrate, CAPCOM has put all of the Ace Attorney games on sale on the eShop, with the sale ending upon the anniversary date. (The games are also on sale at the PlayStation store... though there are way less Ace Attorney games available there.)

Best to get them together, though, in the collection). CAPCOM is advertising a “Resident Evil ‘Tales of Terror’ Sale” right now; and I guess Ace Attorney comes along for the ride? All of these games were on sale just three weeks ago. But if you didn't pick anything up then...how about... now?
I know several people who are currently in progress playing through Th Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, and they're having a blast with it. You should be one of those people if you aren't already. It was Game of THAT Year 2021, after all. As I said, it released last year in 2021... and beat out everything else that released in 2021. Now it's going to be one year old. You should consider yourself fortunate if you haven't had the story spoiled yet—but don't continue to test your luck. Get all of the Ace Attorney games you haven't played through on sale now and play through them!
It's probably just a coincidence that the game/compilation with the game that released on July 27, 2021 is on sale until July 27, 2022. Still, you should maximise your advantage whenever a fortunate opportunity occurs, regardless of why it's around. The series has Ludwig's highest possible endorsement.
With a year passed, Ludwig is now writing detailed plot-related articles about The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles. Here's one about the second case of the game and how a central piece of evidence shouldn't be able to exist.
About three weeks later and these games were on sale again.
